McCullough Range Miscellaneous Sites

  • mcculloughmisc1-038  While hiking in the McCullough Mountains in mid-August, we came across two tinajas both still containing a large amount of water and a whole bunch of bees.  Minus the bees, the tinajas would have made an excellent source of water for the people occupying the shelters pictured below.
